Rockville Town Square Parking
There is a lot of parking in Rockville Town Square. The 3 garages host over 950 spaces, which have a fancy lighting system that shows you where the spaces are! While on the street, parking costs $1/hour from 7am - 10pm Mon - Sat, in the garages you pay $1/hour 7am - 6pm, then there is a flat $1 for the rest of the night until 10pm Mon - Friday. Saturdays & Sundays are FREE in the garages. In addition the garages will take coins, bills & credit cards. Much easier than the quarters needed for the street meters.
For those of you who pay for monthly parking at the Rockville, Twinbrook or Shady Grove metro stations (or for that matter in Rockville Town Center), there is another alternative. The monthly rate in the Rockville Town Square 355 Garage is $65.00 (or $60/month if you buy 3 months at once) for a guaranteed space). For specifics or to purchase a monthly pass contact the Parking Enforcement Division at 240-314-8728 or parking@rockvillemd.gov.
